212 Chapter 3 Bulk Load Command

The ADD_RULE command allows an existing rule to be added to an existing

filter.

COMMAND: ADD_RULE

FILT_NAME: [Filter name - Required]

RULE_NAME: [Rule name - Required]

The CREATE_RULE command allows for the creation of a new rule definition.

COMMAND: CREATE_RULE

RULE_NAME: [Rule name - Required]

ADDR_NAME: [Address Name- Default:Any]

ACTION: [Rule action {Permit/Deny} - Default:Deny]

DIRECTION: [Direction {Inbound/Outbound} - Default:Inbound]

PROTOCOL: [Protocol Name - Default:Ip]

SRC_PORT: [Source Port Name - Default:Any]

DEST_PORT: [Destination Port Name - Default:Any]

The DELETE_RULE command deletes an existing rule definition. This command

will fail if the rule is being used by a filter.
